CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULE, & NO-SHOW POLICY

We greatly value your business and strive to provide the best service possible.

Skin Savior NYC is by appointment only and your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.  If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 48-hours notice via our website or text. Less than 48-hour notice cancellation or reschedule will result in the loss of your deposit. 

Failure to show without notice will result in 100% of the service charge applied to your account, and future bookings may be restricted. This policy ensures we can continue to offer our services effectively and accommodate all of our clients.

LATE POLICY

Please understand that arriving late will limit time available for your treatment. To help us begin promptly, clients are encouraged to arrive 5–10 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. This allows time to check in, get settled, and ensure we can start right on schedule. Your timely arrival is appreciated.

Please note:

  • Arriving late will result in a shortened service to respect the appointments scheduled after yours.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled and your deposit forfeited.

Your cooperation helps us maintain a smooth flow for all clients and ensures you receive the best possible treatment.

DEPOSIT POLICY

50% deposit is required to secure all bookings (members do not apply). 

SKIN SAVIOR NYC PARKING AND WIFI AVAILABILITY

Street parking is available at the front of the building. Accessible from the J train, Hewes St and Marcy Ave stops. Wi-Fi is available upon request.
